Tuesday was another sunny, even hotter, dry but humid day. High temperatures rose today with plenty of sun, topping off in the low 90s after an early AM min in the lower 70s. Friday was a mostly sunny, warmer and dry day. I think I have solved my problem I reported yesterday. First at least on Friday things got normalized in the gauge as nothing was in it, and it definitely did not rain. The 0.03″ on Wednesday was I believe rain. The 0.02″ on Thursday appears to have been dew condensation that should not have been reported as precipitation so I will revise my records accordingly. I did locate sprinkler heads on…

Thursday was a partly cloudy, milder, dry day. I have a problem. I really don’t believe it rained, but I had 0.02″ in my cocorahs rain gauge when I checked it at midnight obs earlier tonight.  I have my doubts on the 0.03″ that I reported yesterday.  I need to contact my fellow local observer friends and discuss this with them. Wednesday was a cloudy, cooler day with a light shower (0.03″) sometime (not sure when).  High temperatures were really muted by the clouds and cooling northeast breezes with temperatures topping off only in the mid 60s. At about 0535 we have mostly clear skies with temperatures in the low to mid 50s.
