A sunny, warm, dry weather update for West Rockville Maryland for Saturday September 23 2017

Saturday was mostly sunny, warm and dry once again. Temperatures rose into the mid 80s with lows in the low 60s. Dew points started out lower (mid 50s) but later
rose into the upper-mid 60s. Now at 0808 we have sunny skies with temperatures in the mid 60s and the dew points lower once again in the upper 50s. The Saturday
minimum temperature from the VP2 in the shelter on the ground below my balcony (61.6°) was recorded at 0646 while the maximum temperature (83.9°) was
recorded at 1529. Dew point temps ranged from 57° up to 67°. Relative humidity values were lower than yesterday (94% – 41%). Barometric values were a bit
higher than yesterday, ranging from 30.11″ at 0956 down to 30.02″ at 0014.

Remember now you can get the ground-based VP2 data on Weatherlink. You can access the data through http://www.weatherlink.com/user/walrusman444

I rose midday to talk with Ray a bit and then later talk with Tracy on her way to work. I watched a lot of college football in the late afternoon into the evening,
even though my Badgers had a bye this week. I made some kimchee and huy fong siracha sauce marinade for some boneless skinless chicken thighs which I baked in
the oven for about an hour, along with some of the leftover rice a roni from earlier in the week. It was really yummy! I talked later with Robin on her way home
from work just on the regular phone as Gideon went to bed much earlier. I also caught up some on my email and facebook messaging later during the evening, along
with a bit of impromptu napping at my computer. I have this problem here on my verizon email on my desktop email program, as it keeps sending out the same email
from early in the afternoon, and I don’t get any later email there. On my phone I get all my email so it must be some sort of glitch in my thunderbird email program.
I had some prune juice and spicy low-sodium V8 juice right around dinner time, and plenty of water and vitamins throughout the evening.

We now have sunny skies with temperatures in the mid 60s at 0808 Sunday. Sunny skies will dominate our weather Sunday and Monday with very warm and dry
conditions continuing. High temps should be in the upper 80s with lows in the mid 60s. On Tuesday and Wednesday a bit cooler with partly cloudy skies, highs in the
low 80s and lows in the upper-mid 60s. Thursday should turn a bit cooler, with highs in the upper 70s and lows in the upper 50s. Cooler air should be gradually working
its way in by the end of the week and into the weekend as we transition from September into October.

On Weatherbug at 0808 the radar is clear north of Florida at this time.
