Temps warmed into the mid 50s in the mid-afternoon, then dropped off a bit but was still in the mid-upper 40s by midnight obs time. Tuesday was a partly to mostly sunny, snowless day that started out mild but temperatures started to drop significantly in the afternoon and evening with significant wind chills heading towards the 0 mark. Tuesday temperature changes were quite dynamic starting out mild and then dropping all afternoon into the evening, then flattening out overnight in the low 20s.
