I got up in the mid afternoon after talking in bed on the phone with my daughter Tracy and checking out FACEBOOK and email on my phone. I watched most of the Yankees/Orioles baseball game on ESPN, along with the Nats/Giants game later. I had a bowl of cereal with coffee for a late brunch. I had some prune and spicy V8 juice a bit before dinner. I finished up the potato salad to accompany my favorite of late, a toasted everything bagel with cajun crab and seafood salad. I caught up on the rest of my email thereafter. I had some triscuit crackers for snacks at other times during the evening. With the rain today I went out to the gauge, dropping off recyclables on the way out and picking up my daily mail on the way back. I also drank part of my ginormous water bottle throughout the evening and early morning hours.
We now have low clouds and light fog with temperatures in the low 60s at about 0500. Wednesday and Thursday look to be partly cloudy and mild with only a slight 10-20 POP for rain and highs in the upper 70s to low 80s and lows in the mid-upper 50s. as we finish out May and start the month of June.
According to Channel 4 radar, there are showers off to the west in the mountains of east-central WV and west-central MD moving east at this time. They may give us a later morning shower in a few hours.

Kevin, how cool that you’re now on WeatherQuack. Can’t wait to get a whole flock of us writing here. I’ll be trying to post my first blog to this site in the morning.
