WEST ROCKVILLE MARYLAND WEATHER UPDATE – SATURDAY NOVEMBER 27, 2021

My wrist discomfort bothered me a bit less today but I still have weakness with certain muscle movements/actions that was more troubling at times. Wearing the wrist brace overnight and applied the Voltaren early today. Back and general mobility discomfort has increased unfortunately. I still need to make tonight’s post shorter as I have been the past few weeks to somewhat reduce my typing efforts.

Saturday was partly cloudy, chillier and dry during most of the daylight hours, with still strong winds at times but less than yesterday’s gales. I reached the mid 40s for today’s high in the early mid-afternoon but started with a low around freezing during the overnight early morning with dew points ranging from the upper teens in the early morning up to the mid 20s by late in the evening.

The peak wind gust for the day (30 MPH) was still strong, but not nearly as much as yesterday’s 50 MPH gale, “peaking” in the very early morning hours, veering to a colder NW direction from yesterday. Barometric pressures were highest in the mid-morning hours while the lowest was reached in the early overnight morning hours, just
after midnight.

Sunday should be a bit milder with highs in the low 50s with more clouds than sun and lows around freezing. Monday turns colder with highs in the mid 40s and lows in the upper 20s and partly cloudy. A moderating trend ensues on Tuesday and Wednesday as we move into December, with partly cloudy skies and highs into the low-mid 50s with lows in the low-mid 30s. Thursday may hit 60 for a high but we will see how that develops.
