Saturday was a cloudy, warmer, breezy day that finally got a bit of rain right at the very end of the observation day (0.02″). Temperatures started in the mid 30s then warmed up all day after a warm front passed our area from south to north. Dew points rose later in the day, starting around 30° early then rising all day into the low 50s by the evening. Overnight rain since midnight has totalled 0.10″ in my VP2 tipping bucket…

Friday was a cooler, partly cloudy, breezy at times day to finish up the workweek. I checked data reported yesterday and all checked out correctly except for minor timing differences not worth reporting further on. Temperatures started in the mid 30s. Dew points were lower than yesterday, staying no higher than the low 30s and dropping down into the upper 20s. At 0743 we have a partial high cloud overcast of mostly broken altocumulus. Wednesday started out cold, clear and frosty (formed at ground level near rain gauge that I saw – despite a low temp above freezing).
