Partly cloudy, a bit warmer temps with a return southerly flow marked the conditions for Monday. The high temperature (mid 80s) for the day was reached in the mid-afternoon after early morning mins in the low 60s.  Dew point temperatures were at their lowest around 60 degrees in the very beginning of the day, then rose gradually through the 60s to an upper 60s by evening.
