WEATHER UPDATE – SATURDAY MAY 1, 2021 – WEST ROCKVILLE MARYLAND

Saturday was mostly sunny and a bit cooler with lows in the mid 40s and highs in the mid 60s, reached by early evening. Strong NW winds kept up, especially in the early AM, but slowly lessened to more moderate values towards the end of the day.

To digress a bit about one more significant parameter highlight for April 30 as was pointed out to me by my friend Jack Kanack, the dew point spread of 41° (63°-22°)was my largest dew point spread of the year and my second highest ever (Highest 45° spread on 12/25/20).

On Sunday and Tuesday partly cloudy conditions should be the norm with warmth returning, highs in the mid 80s and lows in the low 60s.

Showers and clouds should dominate on Monday, still warm, with highs in the mid 70s and lows in the mid 60s.
