Monday was cloudy and a bit cooler in the afternoon due to persistent cloudiness most of the day but milder in the early AM hours with clouds and showers just to my south over much of Virginia with lows in the upper 40s rising only into the low 60s by mid afternoon. Winds calmed down further, shifting around to a southerly diection from the previous days’ persistent NW flow.
