We had 1.11 inches total of rainfall during this period catching up March to closer to normal after a dry first third of the month. I now have 7.61 inches for the year through March 20. We had no days with minimum temperatures at or below the freezing mark (extreme low only 36.4 degrees on the 16th) during this latest 10 day period. There was light-moderate precipitation on half of the days of this period, with the lowest dew points in the 20s during the cooler mid period and highest at the warm end of the period. With the increase in frequency of daily rainfall, fire danger was reduced significantly during the period.

So far this season I have had only 3.0 inches of snow with 0.0 inches in March so far with only a slight chance at a few flakes associated with a strong cold front and coastal LOW late on this coming Sunday, the 22nd.
