WEST ROCKVILLE MARYLAND WEATHER UPDATE – SUNDAY MAY 16, 2021
Sunday was mostly cloudy with a bit cooler max temps (around 70) than Saturday with lows a bit milder due to the greater cloud cover (50), reached at fairly normal times during the 24 hour day. The winds picked up some from the W direction, bringing in light afternoon showers. Pressures continued moderately high, somewhat similar to Saturday.
Monday looks to be partly cloudy and mild with highs in the low 70s and lows around 50 .
Thereafter the rest of the week looks to be heating up under partly to mostly sunny skies with max temps starting out around 80 on Tuesday warming up to the upper 80s to around 90 by Thursday and Friday with lows in the mid-upper 50s to start the week to the upper 60s by week’s end.

Currently at 0639 AM EDT Monday sunny skies with a light thin cirrus overcast with the temperature at 50.8, barometer 30.30″ and steady, relative humidity 93% , dew point 49 , winds E-NE at less than 5 MPH. No rain has fallen since midnight into the tipping bucket VP2 gauge at the USG site across the street from me.
