December 1-15, 2020 generally seasonably mild, occasionally wet period for West Rockville Maryland
A seasonably cool to mild, generally dry period covered the first half of December with the exception of the rainstorms on the 4th– 5th and 14th. Max temperatures mostly held in the 40s over the first 2/3 of the period followed by a brief mild 60s period later in the period before cooling down into the low-mid 40s at the end of the period with the big rain on the 14th and trailing cold air on the 15th. Mins held in the 30s mostly through the 10th then 40s mins during that brief mild period thereafter.
There were no thunderstorm days with no real Sunny/Clear days. There were roughly 12 Partly Cloudy and 3 Cloudy days during the period.
The minimum temperature for this period was 28.9° on the 7th. There were 7 days that reached the freezing min mark during the period.
