A mostly sunny, dry, cooler update for West Rockville Maryland for Sunday November 26 2017
Sunday was mostly sunny, dry, and a bit cooler during the day, a bit milder in the early AM and late PM. Temperatures started out in the low 50s, slumping to the low 40s by sunrise, then into the mid 40s by the afternoon. Dew points were in the 30s and upper 20s most of the day. At 0845 we have sunny/clear skies with temperatures in the mid 40s. The Sunday minimum temperature from the VP2 (40.3°) was recorded at 2024 while the maximum temperature (51.5°) was recorded at 0000. Dew point temps were in the upper 20s- mid 30s all day, ranging from 27° up to 36°. Relative humidity values lowered quite a bit from yesterday (67% – 47%). Barometric values rose from yesterday, ranging from a low of 29.90″ at 0000 up to 30.11″ at 2220.

We are clear and dry early this morning with temps in the mid 40s. Today should be sunny and a bit milder, with highs in the upper-mid 50s and lows in the mid 30s. Tuesday should be sunny with highs around 60° with lows in the upper 30s. Wednesday should be partly cloudy with highs around 60° once again with lows in the mid 30s. Partly sunny on Thursday with highs in the mid 50s and lows in the upper 30s to finish out a dry month on a particularly dry note, with no rain since November 19. Already the rain forecast for Friday as reported yesterday has been removed from the forecast, with now partly cloudy skies, cooler temps with highs around 50° and only a 20 POP for an isolated shower, lows in the upper 20s.
On the Channel 4 weather website at 0845 their radar is clear in our local 4 state region. The closest action is a bit of light snow falling in parts of upstate NY and northern New England (VT, NH and ME) .

There was no precipitation in my cocorahs gauge on Sunday through midnight. The VP2 tipping bucket rain gauge under my balcony also did not record any precipitation through midnight obs on Sunday.
