The “heat wave” broke today after 7 days with max temps of 90° or more but it was still muggy as the “cold” front took a while to get through the area. We “only” topped out at a 84.7° high, helped out by a lot of clouds around most of the day with late clearing in the evening. The “heat wave” continued into its 7th day (max temps of 90° or more) but it wasn’t quite as hot and the end is near.
