November 2018 was colder and wetter than normal, based on new normals for my station developed out of the PRISM program out of Oregon State Univ. My max temp (48.9°) was 7.0° below normal, my min temp (37.0°) was 0.2° above normal, and my mean temperature (43.0°) was 3.4° below normal. Sunday was a cloudy, cooler, still somewhat wet day (0.21″ AM rain  and fog) with flooding still occurring in scattered, flood-prone spots in the region. Using the records from my old station, I had 3 years that were wetter than this year ( 68.35″ in 1996, 65.47″ in 1979, and 64.16″ in 2003).
