I rose in the midday hours in preparation for my first real physical therapy session from about 1230-1330. I did several light exercises with my legs and arms (using a 2 lb small barbell) and also walked up and down my long hallway. I had scrambled eggs, cream cheese and mushrooms over a bagel along with some breakfast sausage in a mid-afternoon brunch after my therapy session. I talked with Tracy on her way to work. I got no mail today though I checked on the way back from reading my cocorahs rain gauge off the side of my apartment building. I spoke with Robin twice once over a conventional call and the other in a face time session with Robin and Gideon having his usual late evening bath and also Ray at some length in the evening about several weather and other topics. I relaxed in my recliner while talking with Ray and for a while before and after, watching several college football games as the initial college football weekend of the season continues. I had a late evening supper of a chicken salad sandwich, along with some potato and macaroni salads. I had some prune and spicy low-sodium V8 juices right around dinner time, and plenty of water and vitamins throughout the evening.

We now have lifting clouds (Trace of rain in my VP2 gauge since midnight obs from occasional light drizzle) with temperatures in the upper 50s at 0730 Sunday. On Sunday partly cloudy skies should return by late morning with warmer temps into the mid-upper 70s and lows tonight in the upper 50s. Labor Day Monday should warm up even more into the low 80s, with lows in the mid 60s under sunny skies. Tuesday should be warmer still with highs in the mid 80s and lows in the mid 60s with partly cloudy skies and a 50 POP for showers/storms. On Wednesday cooler temps with cloudy skies and highs around 70°, lows in the upper 50s and a 100 POP for showers and thundershowers.
