I finally got up in the late afternoon and took an overdue shower, then had a late brunch of coffee, cereal, banana and prune juice. I started to clean up from a wild, busy weekend, including some wash and a trash run. Later in the evening I had leftover smoked ribs from my older daughter Tracy that were delicious, and some more deli potato salad. I also had some spicy V8, and some guacamole with a few triscuits. I worked on filling in the holes with my July daily precipitation values, helped by input from Rick H. I also had my usual water intake and vitamins and medicines that I take every day.
We now have clear skies, with temperatures dropping through the 60s and dew points also dropping similarly around 0505. Partly to mostly sunny conditions and warm but comfortable temps in the low 80s for highs and 60°-65° for lows Wednesday and Thursday. On Friday and Saturday we will have partly to mostly cloudy skies with a 50 POP for showers/storms, and highs in the upper 70s (Friday) to mid 80s (Saturday) and lows around 67°.
On Channel 4 radar at 0505 there is no rain in the 4 state mid-Atlantic region. Closest rain is with scattered showers down in coastal sections of the Carolinas and also offshore.
