WEST ROCKVILLE MARYLAND WEATHER UPDATE – FRIDAY DECEMBER 3, 2021
Sorry for my hiatus on Wednesday and Thursday. Personal problems did not allow me to post anything on those two days.
My wrist/arm discomfort continues to bother me about the same over the past few days as the weakness stabilized but is still there with certain muscle movements/actions that is still troubling at times. Wearing the wrist brace overnight and applying the Voltaren overnight does help. Back and general mobility discomfort has increased and was at the root of my personal issues. I still need to make tonight’s post shorter as I have been the past few weeks to somewhat reduce my typing efforts.
Mild to warm, partly cloudy conditions predominated during the first 3 days of December topped by a 64.4 max on Thursday with winds also peaking on Thursday with a 40 MPH PWG but still generally moderate to fresh. I reached the mid 50s for today’s high in the mid-afternoon. NW winds were still warm that brought in high afternoon temperatures with a low only in the lower mid 40s just before sunrise with dew points mostly in the 30s all day.
The peak wind gust for the day (23 MPH) was less strong than yesterday, “peaking” in the early afternoon hours, veering around to a warmer SW direction from yesterday.
Barometric pressures were highest in the very early morning hours while the lowest was reached in the mid afternoon.
The moderation continues as we enter the month of December with partly cloudy to cloudy skies and highs from the upper 40s on Saturday well into the 60s on Monday accompanied by strong southerly winds with frontal rain showers but then turning colder thereafter with highs 40-45 on Tuesday and Wednesday and a slight chance of mixed rain and snow with lows dropping to around 30.
