My wrist discomfort bothered me a bit less today but I still have weakness with certain muscle movements/actions that was more troubling at times. Wearing the wrist brace overnight and applying the Voltaren twice today. I still need to make tonight’s post a bit shorter as I have been the past few days to somewhat reduce my typing efforts.

Friday was partly cloudy, cold with steady, strong winds. As far as I know the overnight lunar eclipse was quite a show. I only reached the mid 40s mark for today’s high (44.1 – coldest max temp in November and for the fall season so far) in the early afternoon with dew points ranging from the low 30s around midnight down to the low 20s by mid morning. Today’s low temperature was colder, in the mid 30s (34.0), right at midnight at the very end of the day.

The peak wind gust for the day (33 MPH) was strong like yesterday, “peaking” in the early morning, maintaining a NW direction from yesterday. Barometric pressures were highest right about midnight at the end of the day while the lowest was reached in the very early morning right after midnight, just about 24 hours earlier.

Saturday through Wednesday should be sunny to partly cloudy and colder with highs in the mid 40s on Saturday, mid 50s on Sunday with more clouds than sun, then upper 40s on Monday with more clouds and rain possible and low-mid 40s on Tuesday and Wednesday and windy at times with lows generally in the upper 20s.

Currently at 0257 AM EST Saturday we have clear skies with a temperature of 30.7, barometer 30.57″ and steady (highest reading of the season so far and the highest value reached since I recorded 30.59″ back on March 21, 2021), relative humidity 78%, dew point 25, winds NW-N @ 0-5 MPH. No rain has fallen since midnight into the tipping bucket VP2 gauge at the USG site across the street from me.
