WEST ROCKVILLE MARYLAND WEATHER UPDATE – TUESDAY NOVEMBER 9, 2021

My wrist discomfort has continued but got a little bit better today. Taking voltaren and wearing the wrist brace in the early part of the day and overnight. I still will be making tonight’s post a bit shorter as I have been the past few days to somewhat minimize my typing efforts.

Tuesday was partly to mostly cloudy, dry with continued warming temperatures. I reached into the low 70s for today’s high with dew points holding in the low-mid 40s. We peaked with our maximum temperature (70.6) of the day in the mid afternoon while the low temperature was once again in the low 40s. It was reached right about sunrise once again.

The peak wind gust for the day (19 MPH) was still relatively light once again, “peaking” midday, veering around to a W direction from yesterday. Barometric pressures were highest in the morning while the lowest was reached in the very late evening just prior to midnight.

Wednesday should be mostly sunny, still mild and dry with highs in the upper 60s and lows in the low-mid 40s. More clouds than sun on Thursday and Friday with falling temperatures through the 60s for highs and lows falling back into the 30s with rain probable on Friday to coincide with a cold frontal passage. Partly cloudy and cool over the weekend with highs around 50 and lows down around freezing.
