WEST ROCKVILLE MARYLAND WEATHER UPDATE – WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 27, 2021
My back pain has continued to persist at times and my wrist/arm pain is continuing though a bit better on that today with several Voltaren applications. I am treating
my pain at times with rest and acetaminophen, and used the wrist brace a few times today along with the Voltaren applications. I encounter discomfort in certain body
positions at times during the day, especially when first getting up, which caused me significant problems. I also used a heating pad today I got some answers from my
doctor. He endorsed the use of tylenol PM, which I will get on Thursday, and gave me some exercises for my back to stretch and loosen the muscles.
Wednesday was partly cloudy and a bit milder but dry with less wind than yesterday. I reached the mid 60s for today’s high with dew points ranging from the mid 50s
to the lower 40s. We peaked with our max temperature (67.4) of the day in the later mid-afternoon while the low temperature around 50 was reached in the early morning,
about 3 hours before sunrise.
The peak wind gust for the day (31 MPH) was still quite fresh, peaking in the very early morning just after midnight, maintaining a NW direction from yesterday.
Barometric pressures were highest in the very late evening while the lowest was reached in the very early morning, almost 24 hours earlier.
Thursday should be partly cloudy (to cloudy late) and dry with highs in the mid 60s and lows in the mid 50s. Clouds, rain, and potentially strong winds should return
on Friday with highs and lows in the 50s. Saturday through Monday should be partly to mostly sunny and cool, with highs in the 60-65 range and lows 45-50.
