My back pain has continued to persist at times. I am treating it at times with rest and acetaminophen. I encounter discomfort in certain body positions at times during the day, especially when first getting up, which has caused me problems on occasion. Perhaps application of a heating pad or alternatively a cold pack might help.

Wednesday was mostly sunny and a bit warmer with continued fresh breezes. I reached the low 70s for today’s high with dew points inching up through the upper 40s into the mid 50s. We peaked with our max temperature (72.6) of the day in the mid afternoon while the low temperature in the lower 50s was reached in the early morning a few hours before sunrise.

The peak wind gust for the day (27 MPH) was a tad bit stronger than yesterday and still fresh at times, peaking in the later morning, veering over to a NW direction. Barometric pressures were highest in the morning while the lowest was reached in the later evening just a bit before midnight.

Thursday looks to be sunny and a bit warmer with highs in the mid 70s and lows in the mid 50s. Friday through Sunday temperatures look to be falling back into the mid 60s while lows should be in the mid-upper 40s under partly cloudy skies.

Currently at 0236 AM EDT Thursday we have clear skies, a temperature of 52.6, barometer 30.09″ and steady, relative humidity 89%, dew point 50, winds Calm. No measurable rain has fallen since midnight into the tipping bucket VP2 gauge at the USG site across the street from me.
