WEST ROCKVILLE MARYLAND WEATHER UPDATE – MONDAY OCTOBER 18, 2021

My back pain has continued to persist at times. I am treating it at times with rest and acetaminophen. I encounter discomfort in certain body positions at times during the day, especially when first getting up, which has caused me problems on occasion. Perhaps application of a heating pad or alternatively a cold pack might help.

Monday was partly cloudy and continued cool and still quite breezy at times. I reached the mid 60s for today’s high with dew points holding in the low-mid 40s all day. We peaked with our max temperature (65.0) of the day later mid afternoon while the low temperature in the mid 40s was reached in the early morning about two hours before sunrise. It was our coldest minimum of the month/fall season so far.

The peak wind gust for the day (36 MPH) was even stronger than yesterday, peaking in the early afternoon, maintaining a W direction. Barometric pressures were highest
in the late evening while the lowest was reached mid afternoon.

This week ahead looks like a great fall week. Tuesday through Thursday look to be sunny with highs in the low 70s with lows in the 50-55 range. On Friday and Saturday
temperatures look to be falling back into the mid 60s while lows should be in the mid-upper 40s under partly cloudy skies with a possibility of a shower with the FROPA on Friday.
