WEST ROCKVILLE MARYLAND WEATHER UPDATE – SUNDAY OCTOBER 17, 2021

My back pain has continued to persist at times. I am treating it at times with rest and acetaminophen. I encounter discomfort in certain body positions at times during the day, especially when first getting up, which has caused me problems on occasion.

Sunday was partly cloudy and much cooler and breezy at times. I only reached the lower 60s for today’s high with dew points dropping from the upper 40s early down to the upper 30s by evening. We peaked with our max temperature (62.0) of the day early mid afternoon while the low temperature in the upper 40s was reached in the early morning about an hour before sunrise. It was ur first sub-50 minimum of the month/fall season.

The peak wind gust for the day (33 MPH) was even stronger than yesterday, peaking in the early afternoon, veering around slightly to a W direction. Barometric pressures were highest in the late evening while the lowest was reached in the very early morning just a few minutes after midnight.

This week ahead looks like a great fall week. Sunday through Thursday look to be sunny with highs in the low 60s rising to the low 70s midweek before falling back into the mid 60s by Friday while lows should be in the mid-upper 40s most of the period with some low 50s on Tuesday and Thursday. Definitely no rain is foreseen during the week.
