My back pain has continued to persist at times. I am treating it at times with rest and acetaminophen. I encounter discomfort in certain body positions at times during
the day, especially when first getting up, which has caused me problems on occasion.

Saturday was partly cloudy and warmer through the early afternoon. We had a strong FROPA pass through in the afternoon with brief moderate to heavy rain, increased winds, and falling temperatures. I reached the upper 70s for today’s high with dew points dropping from the upper 60s around midday down to the upper 40s by late evening. We peaked with our max temperature (77.0) of the day midday while the low temperature in the low 50s was reached at midnight.

The peak wind gust for the day (29 MPH) was significantly stronger than yesterday, “peaking” in the early evening, veering around to a cooling NW direction. Barometric pressures were highest in the late evening while the lowest was reached in the early afternoon associated with the FROPA passage.

This week ahead looks like a great fall week. Sunday through Thursday look to be sunny with highs in the low 60s rising to around 70 by Thursday while lows should be in the mid-upper 40s most of the period till Thursday when the low may crack the 50 mark. Definitely no rain is foreseen during the new week.

Currently at 0208 AM EDT Sunday we have clear skies, a temperature of 52.4, barometer 29.94″ and steady, relative humidity 84%, dew point 48, winds W-NW @ 5-15 MPH. No measurable rain has fallen since midnight into the tipping bucket VP2 gauge at the USG site across the street from me.
