WEST ROCKVILLE MARYLAND WEATHER UPDATE – MONDAY SEPTEMBER 27, 2021
Monday was partly sunny and milder but dry. I reached the mid-upper 70s for the high with dew points in the 50s all day. We peaked with our max temperature (77.6) of the day in the mid afternoon down to the mid 50s a bit more than an hour before sunrise.
The peak wind gust for the day (20 MPH) slacked off today, peaking around mid afternoon, veering over to a milder SW direction. Barometric pressures were highest in the earlier mid-morning while the lowest was reached less than an hour prior to midnight at the very end of the day.
Tuesday should be a bit cloudier at times with highs around 80, with lows around 60 with increasing shower/storm chances. Wednesday through Friday, to usher out September and bring in October, should be mostly sunny and dry with highs in the upper 60s to around 70, with lows in the mid-upper 40s.
