WEST ROCKVILLE MARYLAND WEATHER UPDATE – FRIDAY JULY 16, 2021

Friday continued the hot and humid pattern of the week. The day featured partly cloudy skies, hotter temperatures and still quite high dew points. Max temps reached
the lower mid-90s by late mid-afternoon while the daily minimum temperature in the low 70s was reached in the early morning hours right after sunrise.

The winds picked up a bit today, veering slightly to a southwesterly direction. Barometric pressures were highest midday while lowest in the early evening.

Saturday still looks to be quite hot and humid with highs in the mid 90s with increasing chances of showers and storms with Sunday and Monday looking to be a bit cooler with highs of 83-88 under partly cloudy, dry skies and lows in the mid 60s both days. Conditions warm up again further into the week.
