WEST ROCKVILLE MARYLAND WEATHER UPDATE – FRIDAY JULY 2, 2021
Friday calmed down after a tumultuous Thursday. Cooler, drier conditions predominated most of the day, after some light overnight showers (0.03″) and clouds held over from yesterday through mid-morning. High temps only reached around 80 by mid-afternoon, The AM clouds gave way to a sunnier afternoon with the daily min temp in the mid 60s reached later, right around midnight.
The winds were in the upper moderate range, holding in a NW direction. Barometric pressures were highest at the very end of the day with the lowest in the early evening.
Saturday and Sunday look to be dry and pleasant. with partly cloudy skies, highs around 80, lows in the low 60s. Partly to mostly sunny skies with heat and humidity returning early next week with highs of 90-95 and lows in the low 70s.
