A partly cloudy, pleasant and dry weather update for West Rockville Maryland for Saturday August 26 2017

I rose later today to get ready for a small Instacart (Shoppers) grocery delivery order around 1600. I had my usual late breakfast right at that time, with cereal, banana, skim milk and coffee consumed. I had a late last night resolution to my cell phone battery/cord problem; I just have to turn the phone off and leave it plugged in and it will charge up. I spoke with Tracy on her way into work, then later on with Ray for a while after talking at some length with Marty. Later on I had a video chat with Robin and Gideon (from his bath as usual). I had some new chicken and seafood salads on rye (toaster not working), along with sides of orzo, potato and macaroni salads and home made guacamole with triscuits and hot pepper cheese. I continued to follow the tremendous hurricane (now tropical storm) Harvey coverage on TWC and local TV Channel 4 and some network coverage on location in coastal Texas as much as I could – on the weekend there is not as much coverage during the day on Saturday – only in the early AM on AMHQ. I had some spicy low-sodium V8 in the later evening. I had my usual water intake and vitamins and medicines that I take every day.

We now have clear skies with a few scattered clouds and temperatures in the upper 50s to low 60s at 0644 Sunday. Sunday should have scattered to partly cloudy skies with high temps in the upper 70s with lows in the upper 50s. Monday and Tuesday look cooler with highs in the low-mid 70s and lows around 60° and a 20 POP for showers both days. Partly cloudy skies on Monday and Cloudy skies on Tuesday as it looks now. Wednesday should be partly cloudy with highs in the upper 70s and lows in the mid 60s.

On Weatherbug radar at 0644 the radar is essentially clear throughout the 6 state mid-Atlantic region with just some light showers in the Roanoke VA area at this time.
