WEST ROCKVILLE MARYLAND WEATHER UPDATE – MONDAY NOVEMBER 1, 2021

Monday started off November seasonably cool and dry. Partly cloudy, cooler, and dry and still quite breezy made up the day. I reached the upper 50s for today’s high with dew points dropping from the mid 40s around midnight into the mid 30s before midday. We peaked with our maximum temperature (58.1) of the day in the mid afternoon while the low temperature in the mid 40s was reached in the very late evening around midnight.

The peak wind gust for the day (32 MPH) was still stronger but quite as high as yesterday, peaking in the late morning, veering around slightly to a W direction. Barometric pressures were highest in the late evening while the lowest was reached in the very early morning overnight hours just after midnight.

Cloudy skies on Tuesday with chances of light rain and cooler highs in the upper 40s and lows falling through the 30s towards the freezing mark. Wednesday through Friday should be partly cloudy with highs around 50 and lows in the low-mid 30s. Indeed with November now here there is definitely a real autumn chill to the air.
