WEST ROCKVILLE MARYLAND WEATHER UPDATE – THURSDAY OCTOBER 28, 2021

My back pain improved today as I got out and moved around a lot more. We also had a pot luck supper instead of our usual trivia game in the evening which also helped. I got the Tylenol PM delivered in the morning but haven’t taken it yet since you should only take it at night. I really had much less back and wrist pain most of the day which I was most grateful for. I hope it will continue in the coming days.

Thursday was partly cloudy early turning mostly cloudy during evening with slightly cooler temperatures and lighter breezes. I reached the lower mid 60s for today’s
high with dew points ranging from the mid 50s to the mid 40s. We peaked with our max temperature (64.3) of the day in the mid-afternoon while the low temperature
in the mid-upper 40s was reached in the morning, just after sunrise.

The peak wind gust for the day (18 MPH) lightened today, peaking in the late evening, veering around to a SE direction ahead of our big rainstorm on Friday.
Barometric pressures were highest mid morning while the lowest was reached in the late evening, just prior to midnight.

Clouds, heavy rain, and strong winds on Friday with highs around 60 and lows around 50. Flood prone areas are subject to serious flood levels and many areas of major
inundation. Saturday through Monday should be partly to mostly sunny and cool, with highs in the 60-65 range and lows 45-50. Some light showers may linger around on
Saturday. Cool rain may well return on Tuesday.
