My back pain has continued to persist at times and now my wrist/arm pain is continuing. I am treating my pain at times with rest and acetaminophen, and used the wrist brace a few times today along with a Voltaren application. I encounter discomfort in certain body positions at times during the day, especially when first getting up, which caused me significant problems today. Perhaps application of a heating pad, alternating with a cold pack, or a nice back massage could help.
I also have some messages into my doctor. I must cut back on this post some to reduce the amount of typing needed.

Monday was partly cloudy early and quite warm then cloudy later with rain and thunderstorms moving in during the later afternoon into the evening with more wind. I reached the mid 70s for today’s high with dew points a good bit higher than yesterday, ranging through the mid 50s into the mid 60s. We peaked with our max temperature (76.2) of the day in the later mid-afternoon while the low temperature in the upper mid-50s was reached in the very early morning hours.

The peak wind gust for the day (29 MPH) was higher than yesterday and fresh during the day and evening, peaking in the early afternoon, veering around to a W direction. Barometric pressures were highest at the start of the day at midnight while the lowest was reached in the late evening 24 hours later.

Tuesday should cool down into the lower 60s for highs and mid-upper 40s for lows with partly cloudy skies and diminishing chances of rain. Wednesday and Thursday should moderate a little with highs in the low-mid 60s and lows in the upper 40s-low 50s under dry, partly cloudy skies. Clouds and rain should return on Friday with highs and lows in the 50s and possibly strong winds.

Currently at 0224 AM EDT Tuesday we have cloudy skies with rain showers in the area, a temperature of 58.6, barometer 29.60″ and falling, relative humidity 95%, dew point 57, winds N-NE @ 0-5 MPH. 0.01″ of rain has fallen since midnight into the tipping bucket VP2 gauge at the USG site across the street from me.
