WEST ROCKVILLE MARYLAND WEATHER UPDATE – SATURDAY OCTOBER 23, 2021

My back pain has continued to persist at times and now my wrist/arm pain has returned somewhat. I am treating my pain at times with rest and acetaminophen, and used the wrist brace for a few hours today. I encounter discomfort in certain body positions at times during the day, especially when first getting up, which has caused me problems on occasion. Perhaps application of a heating pad or alternatively a cold pack might help.

Saturday was partly sunny and cooler than yesterday with continued fresh breezes. I reached the mid 60s for today’s high with dew points a bit lower than yesterday,
ranging through the mid 40s into the mid 50s. We peaked with our max temperature (64.3) of the day in the later mid-afternoon while the low temperature in the around 50 was reached at the very end of the day just before midnight.

The peak wind gust for the day (29 MPH) was a higher than yesterday and quite fresh at times during the day, peaking in the later mid-afternoon, continuing in a NW
direction. Barometric pressures were highest in the late evening while the lowest was reached in the early (overnight) morning.

Sunday temperatures should be in the mid 60s while lows should be in the upper 50s Sunday under increasing clouds later in the day. Warmer and mostly cloudy on Monday
with good chances for showers and maybe even a rumble of thunder with highs in the mid 70s and lows in the 50s. Tuesday should cool down into the upper 50s for highs
and mid 40s for lows with partly cloudy skies. Wednesday and Thursday should moderate a little with highs in the low-mid 60s and lows in the upper 40s-low 50s under dry, partly cloudy skies.
