WEST ROCKVILLE MARYLAND WEATHER UPDATE – FRIDAY OCTOBER 22, 2021

My back pain has continued to persist at times and last night I had a hard time falling asleep. I am treating my pain at times with rest and acetaminophen. I encounter discomfort in certain body positions at times during the day, especially when first getting up, which has caused me problems on occasion. Perhaps application of a heating pad or alternatively a cold pack might help.

Friday was partly sunny and cooler than yesterday with continued fresh breezes. I reached the upper 60s for today’s high with dew points about the same as yesterday, ranging through the upper 40s into the upper 50s. We peaked with our max temperature (68.5) of the day at the very beginning of the day while the low temperature in the mid 50s was reached 24 hours later at the very end of the day.

The peak wind gust for the day (24 MPH) was a bit lower than yesterday but still fresh at times during the day, but lessened significantly by evening, still peaking in the early morning, veering over to a NW direction. Barometric pressures were highest in the late evening while the lowest was reached in the early morning.

Saturday and Sunday temperatures look to be falling back into the mid 60s while lows should be in the upper 40s Saturday and upper 50s Sunday ahead of the clouds and rain on Monday. Tuesday should cool down into the mid 50s for highs and mid 40s for lows with partly cloudy skies. Wednesday should continue this cool, dry partly cloudy pattern.
