WEST ROCKVILLE MARYLAND WEATHER UPDATE – SUNDAY JULY 25, 2021
Sunday was warmer with dew points climbing well up into the uncomfortable 70s by late morning. We warmed up to the upper 80s by later mid-afternoon. The day
featured partly to mostly cloudy skies, the rising dew points and another light shower in the late afternoon. The daily minimum temperature in the low 70s was reached in the early morning just after sunrise.
The winds increased some, veering to a westerly direction, peaking in the later mid-afternoon. Barometric pressures were highest in the very early morning hours while the lowest was in the earlier mid-stages of the evening.
Monday through Friday should be partly to mostly sunny, hot and humid with highs in the 89-93 range through Wednesday then cooling slightly into the mid-upper 80s
thereafter with lows in the upper 60s to around 70 but cooling down to around 60 on Friday. There looks to be no real chances of showers and storms through the period.

Currently at 0152 AM EDT Monday we have partly cloudy skies with a temperature of 76.8, barometer 29.92″ and falling, relative humidity 88%, dew point 73, winds W-SW at 0-5 MPH. No rain has fallen since midnight into the tipping bucket VP2 gauge at the USG site across the street from me.
