WEATHER UPDATE – FRIDAY APRIL 23, 2021 – WEST ROCKVILLE MARYLAND
Friday was mostly sunny with some cloudiness at times, milder with winds slowly diminishing. Low temperatures started out in the slightly milder mid 30s, rising into the lower 60s by mid-afternoon. Winds veered slightly to more of a straight westerly direction while gradually diminishing as the day progressed.
Turning mostly cloudy and seasonable in temperature in the mid 60s after morning lows around 40, with afternoon showers developing on Saturday.
Clearing out on Sunday and Monday with seasonable temperatures, highs in the mid 60s and lows in the mid 40s before a major warm up begins on Tuesday with highs reaching near the 80 mark then into the low-mid 80s on Wednesday and Thursday with lows in the upper 50s to low 60s. Partly cloudy skies should prevail.

Currently at 0540 AM EDT Saturday clear skies with the temperature at 40.9, barometer 30.08″ and falling, relative humidity 77% , dew point 34, winds NW at 3 MPH. No rain has fallen since midnight into the tipping bucket VP2 gauge at the USG site across the street from me.
