My current online data (except for rainfall/snowfall – use the cocorahs link shown below) is showing regularly on Weather Underground. My data is posted there every 5 minutes. My ID is KMDROCKV200 and my station is called “Gardens of Traville.” Data is online, available in real-time as it is being updated on a 5 minute interval. The web address for my data on weather underground is: https://www.wunderground.com/personal-weather-station/dashboard?ID=KMDROCKV200

I contribute my precipitation data daily to CoCoRaHS as Rockville 2.8 WNW, Station ID MD-MG-115 and can be found on the web at https://www.cocorahs.org

Please remember that my Weather Underground precipitation data reflects what is recorded automatically through the tipping bucket VP2 gauge, just as it does on WxLink 2.0. The tipping bucket has been producing erratic values every day of late so should not be used except for general precipitation timing. (for example, it recorded 2.15 inches of rain last Sunday, with a 16.94 inch/hour rain rate at 0021 very early on that day that was way over what actually occurred.)

I actually use the data I post to CoCoRaHS from my 4 inch CoCoRaHS gauge I read manually as my “official” precipitation total each day.

Friday included some much needed rest (but still not enough) along with the usual early Friday evening rummikub game. I watched some pre-season football thereafter, along with cooking a good dinner of baked fish, some tater tots, and a medley of steamed broccoli and cauliflower.

It has been a partly cloudy, pleasant Saturday, with temps only rising to about 80 with dew points in the mid 50s to lower 60s. The low this morning was in the low 60s, very comfortable for sleeping.

Sunday should be warm and partly sunny with highs in the mid 80s and lows in the low 60s.

Monday should be warmer but still with partly cloudy, dry skies with high temps in the low 90s by day, lows around 70 overnight.

Tuesday should be partly to mostly cloudy with afternoon chances of showers and storms, highs in the low 90s with lows in the low 70s.

On Wednesday it should be mostly cloudy with showers falling and temps falling into the mid 80s, lows in the upper 60s.

On Thursday skies should clear, at least partially, with comfortable low-mid 80s for highs and low-mid 60s for lows.

Midnight Friday recorded a temperature of 73.3 degrees, relative humidity 56%, pressure rising at 29.88 inches and the dew point temperature at a comfortable 56.7 degrees under mostly clear  skies.

Currently at 1724 the temperature is 80.2 degrees under partly cloudy (fair weather cumulus) skies, relative humidity at 52%, barometric pressure falling at 29.89 inches, and the dew point temperature at 61 degrees.

Good late afternoon from the walrus on this partly cloudy Saturday. Today’s attached image is a post-sunset image at about 2030 Thursday evening at the rain gauge after the weekly trivia game looking W.
